Tower Loan - File ClerkSUMMARY OF POSITION:
The File Clerk position is responsible for processing incoming/outgoing mail, processing invoices, copying/scanning, posting, filing of legal documents, create file folders, answering phones and helping in other various areas.
It is a fast pace and high volume environment with sensitivity to deadlines.
This position will communicate some with customer questions and our branches.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Processing incoming and outgoing mail Processing Server invoices Copying, posting and filing legal documents Scanning Documents into the system Create File Folders/ Enter new accounts into the system Answering phones Closing out files to send to storage Helping others in various areas when time allows.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Microsoft Windows and Outlook experience Ability to work independently in a fast paced and high volume environment Ability to work cooperatively with a team Highly organized with great care to detail Ability to multitask Basic mathematics skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Efficient verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
